No Challenge. No Change.

Do you ever find yourself repeating bad habits or toxic patterns in relationships yet you continue the pattern expecting change? Umm…. guilty! We can't expect transformation if we don't put in the work. We've all heard this one:

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

So true.

Springtime is the perfect season to make a positive change. We can set an intention for growth, and lean into the light, on and off the mat.
