Oh hi!
My name is Jenna and my life's goal is to give back to my community by sharing the gift of yoga.

I recently turned my garage into a yoga studio with space for 11 yogis/fitness enthusiasts (sign up for in-person classes here). I’m teaching a few studio classes every week, a handful of private lessons, and filming videos for my YouTube Channel. You can also find me in West Seattle teaching workshops and monthly restorative classes at Dragonfly Yoga. Proud mom of two kiddos and a Goldendoodle named Bowie. A bit more ABOUT ME


I've been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2015. I received my 200hr teaching certification in 2015 and my 500hr teaching certification in 2018. Over the past 5 years, I’ve been laser-focused on alignment-based yoga and have studied over 300 hours with Amy Ippoliti through Vesselify School of Yoga based in Boulder, Colorado.

These days I am learning ways to stay emotionally, mentally, and physically healthy. I'm committed to learning—deepening my understanding of the mechanics of the body and opening my mind to new ways of thinking and teaching. I'm committed to sharing what I learn with my community—that's you! I find joy in connecting with people and giving something back. That's what this is all about for me.

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa: Tune In
This practice moves at a steady pace and helps build overall strength and flexibility. The class will always include an (optional) arm balance and/or inversion. You will leave feeling empowered and centered.  

Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting your mind + body via your breath.

Vinyasa: Climb with Me 
This practice will move through a systematic sequence of postures focusing on alignment to guide you safely to a peak pose which could lead to a backbend, hip opener, balancing pose, twist and/or forward fold. Step by step instructions will be given so you decide when you’ve reached your personal peak.

Class name inspired by my cousin, Ben Griswold, who passed away in January 2021. Despite three separate cancer diagnoses, a barrage of invasive treatment regimens, and prolonged periods of time away from his family, Ben approached each setback as “another mountain to climb.” His cancer was caused by exposure to toxic chemicals while serving in the Afghanistan War (deployed 3x as a Marine). Yoga Express 45
You want to get your yoga practice in before the weekend but have a limited amount of time - I get it. We will begin with some sun or moon salutations and then move into postures that promote strength and flexibility through breath awareness and alignment.

Restore: Candlelit Class
You are looking to decompress. release stress & anxiety, and/or have an experience of ultimate relaxation. This class will be a mix of deep stretching & complete stillness via poses designed to calm your central nervous system. We will use all the props (which the studio provides), and enjoy soft music and lighting. You will leave feeling rested, restored, and ready for what's ahead. The ultimate yoga experience for self-care.


Private Lessons

Private lessons are highly recommended for any student looking to further their knowledge of alignment-based yoga and gain a deeper understanding of how the body works. Private lessons are designed just for you - whether you are wanting to work on more advanced asanas OR maybe you don’t want to practice with anyone around you. Whatever your reason - you won’t regret it.
