Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothes that you can move in and bare feet. Classes are heated (not crazy hot). Breathable attire that you will not overheat in is recommended.
What should I bring to class?
The studio is fully equipped with all of the props you will need for a successful yoga practice and/or strength class, including yoga mats and sweat towels. You are welcome to bring your own props if you prefer. Do be sure to bring your water bottle!
Are there showers?
A guest bathroom is available but there is no shower access.
What if I am a beginner yogi?
If you have no previous experience with yoga, we recommend you sign up for a private lesson to learn the foundational yoga poses. We also recommend exploring Jenna’s online Beginner Series on Patreon! The best class to jump into as a beginner yogi is the Wednesday evening Vinyasa class.
Where do I park?
Plenty of street parking is available in the neighborhood.
What COVID-19 precautions are you taking to keep the studio safe and clean?
The studio floors and all equipment are cleaned and sanitized between classes. An air filter is run during all classes. All students must be fully vaccinated.
Do I need private lessons?
Private lessons are highly recommended for any student looking to further their knowledge of alignment-based yoga. Private lessons are designed just for you - whether you are wanting to work on more advanced asanas OR maybe you don’t want to practice with anyone around you. Whatever your reason - you won’t regret it.
